About this role
This role provides outpatient mental health therapy services to children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Therapists conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to support positive outcomes. This position is based out of both our Clinton Township and Center Line offices and requires regular travel between the two locations. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. Therapists should also expect approximately 1–3 late evenings per week, with services provided until 7:00 PM to accommodate client and family needs.
