About this role
This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II to work at Shelter Hill, a 75-unit affordable family housing community in Mill Valley, CA. This is a HUD and SEC 8 property. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and have knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Will be required to complete janitorial duties. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have basic computer skills. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
