• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Reviews contract documents to identify and analyze legal risk related to a project or company. Reports legal risk and mitigation strategies to a corporate function leader or divisional management.
• Conducts contract reviews for pre-bid and bid phases of the divisions pursuits.
• Drafts and negotiates agreements regarding company corporate functions or divisional business needs.
• Advises relevant stakeholders of potential disputes and recommends mitigation strategies.
• Reviews and supports submission requirements for all divisional Request for Proposals (RFP).
• Works closely with functional business units including finance, tax, treasury, insurance and other teams to provide accurate and timely legal guidance.
• Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
• Perform additional assignments per management's direction.
