JOB SUMMARY: For more than 15 years, Red Oak Steakhouse has been the number one place for the best steaks in the area. Not only do we serve the finest cuts, but we also provide an outstanding dining service to our patrons. The primary responsibility of the Server Assistant is to provide prompt, courteous, high-quality service to restaurant patrons and ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience by assisting Food Servers and Bartenders, as necessary. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.
