JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring clean and orderly guest rooms while providing top quality customer service. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
