About this role
The role of Superintendent provides leadership on the job site for craft and field staff. They ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, budget, schedule, quality, and safety. Their leadership is crucial in directing operations, choosing resources, setting expectations and delivering a high-quality product to our clients. Candidates should be capable of planning work and overseeing multiple crews in multiple areas while coordinating with subcontractors. This role is oversite of the entire project; it is not a support role.
