Server Assistant-Runner/Busser What will I do? Bring energy and attention to detail to every shift by creating a clean, polished, and guest-ready environment across the restaurant, restrooms, and service areas. Set the tone for smooth operations by fully stocking and organizing the bus stand to ensure seamless transitions between shifts. Deliver prompt, attentive support to guests by assisting with bread-and-water service, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping beverages refreshed in accordance with service standards. Maintain a sharp eye for cleanliness by checking high chairs and booster seats, managing trash removal, and keeping floors spotless throughout the restaurant and bar.
