About this role
Our cooks plan, prep, and set up food production for all hotel food and beverage outlets. They create preparation schedules, ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored, and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow. Cooks must follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to keep the kitchen clean and organized. They also contribute ideas for new dishes and ensure all food meets the hotel’s standards for quality and presentation. Ideal candidates have strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.|Salary Range $21.00 -$23.00 per hour
