Responsibilities:
• Shape the future of public transport ticketing by governing a critical national system that delivers reliable, seamless and commuter-centric journeys.
• Lead exciting transformation initiatives, from developing business cases to delivering enhancements that improve the ticketing experience for millions of commuters.
• Turn commuter needs, service insights and market trends into practical, customer-focused solutions that keep Singapore’s ticketing system future-ready.
• Collaborate with technology partners, operators, vendors and internal teams to solve real-world operational challenges and uplift the end-to-end travel experience.
• Drive the enhancement pipeline by assessing system changes for operational impact, commuter value, financial sustainability and implementation readiness.
• Strengthen system governance by managing service provider contracts, audits, compliance actions and management recommendations that support sound decision-making.
[What we are looking for]
• Knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analyst or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have at least 3 years of proven experience in analysing requirements, managing customer experience and ensuring governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, situational awareness and vendor management skills are essential.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management through clear verbal and written communication.
