Position Summary: The Vice President of Finance is responsible for leading the credit union’s financial planning and analysis function, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. This role ensures that leadership and the board have clear, forward-looking financial insights to support decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term growth. The VP of Finance owns the planning process and operating cadence, including the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans. This role partners closely with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and business leaders to evaluate tradeoffs, align resources to strategic priorities, and improve the quality and speed of financial decision-making.
