Job Title: Director of Growth & Performance Marketing Location: Remote (U.S. or International)
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 base + performance bonus tied to KPIs
ROLE MANDATE
Own patient acquisition and revenue growth across all locations.
This is a performance role. Accountable for:
• Leads
• Conversions
• Patient starts
Build and operate a scalable growth system across SEO, Google Business Profiles, CRM, and paid channels.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead Generation
• Drive qualified leads (calls, forms, bookings)
• Build predictable, scalable acquisition system
Conversion Optimization
• Improve lead → consult → treatment start
• Identify and fix funnel drop-offs
SEO & Local Search (GMB)
• Own rankings and visibility across all locations
• Increase calls and direction requests
• Fix underperforming markets
CRM & Attribution
• Ensure full funnel tracking (lead → start)
• Build clear attribution model
• Eliminate untracked leads
Paid Marketing
• Scale ROI-positive campaigns
• Cut non-performing spend immediately
Reviews & Reputation
• Increase reviews per location
• Build repeatable review acquisition system
Vendor Management
• Manage SEO, development, and marketing vendors
• Enforce KPIs
• Replace underperformance
KPIs (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Leads per location (weekly growth)
• Conversion rate (lead → consult → start)
• Cost per acquisition (CPA)
• GMB calls and direction requests
• Reviews per location (monthly growth)
• Organic traffic growth
• Revenue from marketing
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven track record with measurable growth results
• Strong expertise in:
• SEO (technical + local)
• Google Business Profiles
• CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Conversion tracking and attribution
• Data-driven decision maker
• Ability to diagnose problems and execute quickly
• Experience managing vendors and enforcing performance
