About this role
Having one point of connection for our patients, ensures our patients are directed to the right party when they call our office. As a Patient Services Specialist you will have the opportunity to be a kind and helpful voice on the phone for our patients needing to schedule an appointment, speak with a nurse, and/or direct to the billing department with questions. You will have multiple team members around you, but you have your own cubicle that can be tailored to your style. Prior experience in a call center environment and/or medical office are a plus. This is a full-time (Monday - Friday, 8a-5p) opportunity located on the second floor of our West Des Moines office.
