The Digital Tools Enablement Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for increasing awareness, adoption, and effective use of digital tools across the organization. This role focuses on hands-on enablement, including user training, user groups, webinars, and day-to-day support for tools like Copilot, Agents, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The specialist will also monitor usage and adoption metrics, identify opportunities to improve utilization, and help ensure digital tools are used consistently, securely, and in alignment with established standard
