About this role
The Sr Learning Consultant-Sales facilitates sales focused training as well as organizational specific content to new or existing employees and ensures learning transfer of content in support of organizational needs, enterprise projects, compliance requirements, and strategic goals. They act as a subject matter expert in sales techniques and best practices that align with our mission, vision and values. They support major organizational initiatives from a project perspective, especially those that directly relate to building relationships with members and increasing member experience through our products and services.
