About this role
Position Summary The Business Analyst 3 – Support the business through monitoring and recommending improvements to the supported software and business systems. The BA 3 will help identify ways to improve the efficiency of both existing and new processes by, Analyzing and optimizing processes, gathering functional requirements, building business cases as necessary, designing, defining, and documenting processes. Manage and provide solutions to new business ideas and concepts through operational process changes and/or technological paths. The position will also act as a mentor to other business system analysts and those throughout the organization on Business Analysis best practices.
