About this role
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Tech II supports the daily maintenance and repair operations of a commercial office building. The role may include minor handyman tasks and basic troubleshooting in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and support for maintaining a safe, functional work environment.
