About this role
Summary: Cuts pork and beef bones to a small size for sauce production. Grinds hamburger from a frozen state for sauce production. Grates spools of cheeses for sauce production. Weighs dry ingredients at different ratios for various sauce production. Works in and out of freezer and dry storage areas. Lifts ingredient boxes for length of shift as needed for production. Uses equipment such as band saws, meat grinders, cheese graters, fork trucks, and pallet jacks throughout length of shift to prepare ingredients for production.
