About this role
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up spray stations and adjust air/fluid pressures
• Apply finishes using proper technique: distance, overlap, speed, and angle
• Spray 3D items (e.g., posts, hoods, corbels)
• Mix primers (catalyze, reduce, adjust viscosity)
• Inspect and prep surfaces; perform minor repairs
• Perform daily and weekly equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot finish defects and equipment issues
• Track productivity on hour-by-hour boards

Experience:
• Experience with spray finishing or industrial painting preferred
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Physically able to lift and handle products safely
• Willing to follow safety and PPE guidelines
