Job Description: Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various guest services duties.
• Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner. • Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc. • Assists guest with luggage upon arrival and departure. • Promotes positive guest/employee relations. • Other assignments as directed. QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with one year of bell/door experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must be able to pull 100lb cart.
