Darigold is looking for a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our HR field team based in the Treasure Valley. The HRG plays a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience. The HRG supports the employee lifecycle, which starts with the onboarding & orientation process, and they serve as a resource for employees and managers at all levels of the organization in responding to HR questions. They are responsible for completing a variety of tasks to assist the daily operations of the HR department, such as ensuring our HRIS system is accurately updated with employee information. The ideal candidate brings a passion for HR and People and haanding of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service to our team
