The Guest Service & Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for guests while providing administrative and operational support for all business units operating including Legacy Mobile Glass & Dent, Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, and Commercial Protective Coatings & Upfitting. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating appointments, managing workflow communications, processing payments, and supporting the day-to-day operations!
