About this role
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s HR Information System (HRIS) and workforce management systems, primarily UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management, while assisting with accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and operational efficiency across HR processes. As a member of the HR team, this position interacts with all members of HR as well as shared services supporting multiple divisions and properties.
