About this role
A Member Solutions Representative (MSR) is the face of the Credit Union. As the first point of contact in branch an MSR builds meaningful relationships with members to help them achieve their goals and become financially confident through all their life cycles. This is done while looking for opportunities to help members through referrals to crossroads specialists. This role educates members about our products and services and offers face to face technical support.
