This leadership role is responsible for overseeing Line Cooks (I, II, and III), ensuring strict adherence to standardized recipes, and maintaining the highest levels of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience in high-volume, upscale environments and possesses a ServSafe Manager Certification.
