About this role
Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of associates (including therapists, technicians, stylists, attendants, administrators, leads, and assistant managers) delivering spa services, including: salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage and locker room areas. Focuses on ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing departmental sales (i.e., services and retail and profits) Manages supplies and equipment inventories within budget. Handles guest complaints and problems. Typically has 2 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area.
