Position Summary: Under the leadership of the Director, Pharmacy, the Nurse Navigator is an active member of the Oncology team that delivers medical staff services and office support consistent with the strategic vision, goals, philosophy and direction of the Oncology and Pharmacy Departments and CRHS. The Nurse Navigator fully administers, coordinates, and manages the Specialty Medications for patients receiving prescribed treatment regimens.
