Serving as the primary point of contact in a virtual branch environment, this role performs a full range of teller transactions while creating a seamless and engaging member experience. IMSRs operate independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, utilizing multiple systems to complete transactions, resolving inquiries, and identifying member needs. This role supports digital adoption, builds member confidence in virtual banking, and contributes to operational efficiency, relationship growth, and continuous improvement.
