Design Build Mechanical, A Crete United Company is seeking a Sr Mechanical (HVAC) Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include account management, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, manpower & quality management, margin control, and project closeout. Requires 5+ year's experience, mechanical work estimating skills, strong communication, and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PM software). Construction experience is a plus. Salary: $90k-$100k DOE. Benefits: 401k, health, dental, vision, PTO.
