About this role
The Risk & Insurance Analyst supports the development, placement, and ongoing management of Crane Worldwide insurance programs, including Shipper’s Interest (cargo) insurance programs. This role blends risk analysis and insurance sales enablement, partnering with commercial teams to assess shipment exposures, recommend coverage structures leveraging Crane’s SII program, support quoting/binding workflows, and improve loss performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable in customer-facing conversations, understands transportation operations (carrier, broker, forwarder, 3PL), and can translate risk data into practical insurance solutions.
