About this role
The Kitchen Shift Leader (1) is responsible for overseeing the daily shift operation of the Kitchen in the Diner or Deli. The Kitchen Shift Leader monitors and/or performs all transactions in such a manner as to attract and retain guests while contributing to the operating success of the Diner, Deli, or other food services offered by the Creek Travel Plaza. The Kitchen Shift Leader (1) shall report directly to the Restaurant General Manager (primary) & Travel Plaza Manager (secondary) & any senior management.
