Server Shift Lead The Server Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily shift operation of the Servers. The Server Shift Leader monitors and/or performs all transactions in such a manner as to attract and retain guests while contributing to the operating success. The Server Shift Leader shall report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and/or Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for verification and balancing of server banks and all appropriate reports. Participates in the training of all new and current FOH staff including servers, Restaurant cashiers and Deli staff wh
