About this role
The Forwarding Operations TPM owns the technology program that powers core freight execution. You will work alongside forwarding operations leadership; including regional leads and performance management teams to design and deliver systems that centralize workflows, eliminate manual effort, and give operators the tools to move freight reliably at scale. This role is central to building a next-generation operations platform, including universal task management, a workflow orchestration layer, and financial operations automation.
