About this role
Creative Associates seeks a Procurement Manger for an upcoming USAID-funded program in Afghanistan focusing on integration of internally displaced people (IDPs), returnees, potentially former militia fighters, women and youth into the economy in rural and peri-urban areas of Afghanistan. The overall goal of the program is to increase jobs for target populations in rural and peri-urban areas. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Procurement Officers and overseeing the Contract’s overall procurement processes, ensuring the procurements of goods and services are in line with the budget and projection, and providing regular procurement mentoring to project staff to support project implementation.
