About this role
Creative Associates seeks a Chief of Party (COP) for an upcoming USAID-funded economic growth program in Afghanistan focusing on women’s economic development through the creation of business enabling environments that enable women to enter the formal economy. The COP is the leader of the entire project team, responsible for overall implementation, results, financial accounting, management and security for the project. The COP will be responsible for communications with USAID, for publicly representing the project, and for liaising with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and other institutions/stakeholders on issues related to building systems to support services for female job seekers and business owners.
