The Senior Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and operational efficiency. This position provides leadership and direction to Housekeeping Supervisors, Housepersons, Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Laundry team members while ensuring compliance with company standards, brand requirements, safety regulations, and labor agreements.
