This role is responsible for executing high-volume, time-sensitive spot bid requests across multiple digital procurement platforms (e.g. Ariba, GoComet, Coupa, Zycus). The successful candidate will act as a reliable pricing executor who can quickly coordinate with overseas offices and agents, proactively follow up on rate inputs, and deliver competitive, compliant spot bids within strict deadlines—contributing directly to win ratio and revenue outcomes. This role requires availability during core business hours to support same-day bid execution and real-time coordination.
