The Regional Financial Health Center (Branch) Operations Manager operationalizes and integrates member service, community engagement, production goals, and problem resolution to deliver a differentiated member experience and sustainable growth across assigned Financial Health Centers, selecting, hiring, and managing face to face staff while ensuring they have the tools, training, and data needed to meet member needs; removing friction points; resolving escalations; and driving mission focused innovation and process improvements that enhance service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
