About this role
The Member Solutions Advisor is accountable for resolving delinquency on manufactured home loans by initiating contact with delinquent members to attempt to bring the account current. The Member Solutions Advisor is responsible for working with members in order to determine the root cause(s) for delinquency, negotiate payment arrangements, process authorized ACH payments, prompt mailing of the required notices and performing all other collection duties as established by the East Region Member Solutions Department policy and procedures.
