About this role
Position Purpose and Objectives The Lead Teller is responsible to lead the Branch Tellers in performing financial and service transactions, ensure the branch is compliant with audit regulations, and all branch operations are completed as set forth by our policy and procedures. The Lead Teller must be able to identify member financial need(s) and recommend an appropriate credit union product/service solution to fit that need.
