About this role
Creative Associates seeks a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Specialist for the anticipated Nicaragua Youth and Communities Secure, Empowered and Resilient (NYCSER) project. The GESI specialist will take a lead role in improving the quality and relevance of GESI activities. The Gender Specialist will provide guidance on gender and social inclusion across project objectives and activities. S/he will be responsible for gender and social inclusion analysis as well as developing a robust gender and people with disabilities inclusion strategy.
