About this role
Creative Associates seeks a Technology and Education Specialist for the anticipated Nicaragua Youth and Communities Secure, Empowered and Resilient (NYCSER) project. The Technology and Education Specialist will provide innovative approaches to lead efforts in distance and blended learning design and delivery. S/he will work as an integral part of a collaborative design team to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training courses and organizational development activities. S/he will apply best practices in instructional design and the use of educational technologies, including course platforms, e-learning courses, videos, virtual Instructor-Led training (vILT), Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and other learning products.
