About this role
Creative Associates seeks a Gender Advisor for the upcoming five-year, multi-million-dollar USAID-funded Accessible and Quality Basic Education Activity (AQBE) in Afghanistan. The Gender Advisor provides overall technical expertise and guidance on ensuring that the project is implemented in a way that will seek to correct the gender gap in education and ensure that all students have access to and receive a quality education. S/he will be responsible for providing technical leadership to ensure women and girls and other disadvantaged youth are able to participate in and benefit from project activities, as well as the equitable engagement of boys and girls in the classroom.
