About this role
Responsible for supporting technical facilities operations across a multi-site real estate portfolio, including work order management, CMMS administration, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor oversight, and asset performance tracking. The role supports maintenance and tenant improvement procurement, validates pricing and invoicing, analyzes operational and financial data, and partners with facility leadership, landlords, and service providers to maintain safe, compliant, and cost-effective building operations.
