About this role
The Regional Industrial Projects Director, Southeast Asia, is responsible for leading the commercial development, operational execution, and financial performance of the Industrial Projects business across the region. This role carries full P&L accountability and is tasked with building a scalable project logistics capability, delivering complex, high-value, and non-standard cargo movements, including heavy-lift, breakbulk, and out-of-gauge shipments. The Director will drive growth across key verticals, including EPC, energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial manufacturing, while building a high-performing team and establishing best-in-class execution standards.
