The Luce Hotel, a gulf-front luxury lifestyle hotel located on beautiful St. Pete Beach, is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. As part of the Marriott Tribute Portfolio collection and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, The Luce Hotel delivers elevated hospitality experiences through distinctive accommodations, vibrant food and beverage offerings, and exceptional guest service. This position supports culinary operations for Sundrop, our signature upscale restaurant, as well as banquet and special event operations throughout the resort. Sundrop features over 200 seats and offers a refined coastal dining experience focused on quality ingredients, exceptional presentation, and memorable guest experiences.
