"The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, guiding warehouse operators, supporting inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring accurate inventory and shipment handling. This is a hands-on lead role. The role supports the Operations Supervisor by coordinating workflow, monitoring task completion, maintaining warehouse discipline, and ensuring that work is carried out safely, accurately, and in line with company procedures."
