About this role
Responsible for shipment coordination on import. Analyze documents; proposal from sales/pricing, documents from customers and shipping documents. Follow-up on shipments, and invoicing process. Understand service required and client expectation. Lead process flows to meet timeline and client expectations. Lead problem resolution with involved parties. Participation in meetings with client.
