About this role
This positional will manage the Content Creators, Instructional designers and Technical Writers who are responsible for developing and implementing digital learning solutions across UKG Pro Learning (LMS system) and instructor led training programs. The role will serve as a partner with IT, Operations, Implementation and Client Solution Design to identify and assess employee development needs, determine development tactics and programs to improve individual and organizational performance, and manage and determine present and future talent competencies and capabilities.
