About this role
Responsible for quoting, routing, rating, monitoring, and coordinating shipments (export) from pick-up through to delivery. Maintains contact with clients, carriers, and potential clients daily. Responsible for processing shipments and all related activities. The individual will have contact with clients, carriers, and potential clients daily. He/she must be proactive in providing quality client service and could handle pressure and responsibility in a fast pace environment, in a timely and affective manner. The successful candidate must have good client service skill and handle dual task. Being proactive in providing quality client service is a must.
