Responsibilities:
• Market Development & Strategy
• Identify and prioritize new Protection design opportunities across Industrial, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive segments
• Conduct competitive product and pricing analysis and develop differentiated positioning and battle cards
• Track and analyze regional electronics manufacturing trends to identify white-space opportunities
• Design-In & Account Engagement
• Engage directly with key accounts (OEMs, EMS, design houses) to influence protection device selection at the design stage
• Support field sales and rep channel with technical selling — including interface-specific protection recommendations, parametric comparisons, and application guidance
• Own the design-win pipeline in Salesforce: maintaining opportunity hygiene, track design-in status, and flag risks or acceleration points to management
• Sales Enablement & Collateral
• Develop targeted sales tools: application notes, competitive comparison documents, product selection guides, and training decks
• Conduct product and technology training for distribution and rep partners across the region
• Create demand generation content for key verticals to support push-pull channel strategy
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the regional field voice to the global Business Unit — surfacing competitive threats, unmet application needs, and pricing gaps
• Collaborate with global PMMs on product roadmap feedback, customer requirements, and market sizing inputs
• Participate in customer calls, rep reviews, and periodic business reviews with distribution partners
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in semiconductor applications engineering, product marketing, or technical business development
• Working knowledge of ESD/TVS & System protection principles and high-speed interface standards (USB, PCIe, HDMI, Ethernet, CAN-FD) is strongly preferred
• Experience with the regional OEM/EMS/distributor ecosystem; existing account relationships are a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or equivalent pipeline management tools
• Strong technical communication skills — able to present to both design engineers and procurement/business stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience building data-driven market analysis is a plus
• Exposure to automotive electronics (AEC-Q standards, ADAS, EV architectures)
• Experience presenting at industry events or authoring technical marketing content
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
